The Kathmandu exam center of the post Nayab Subba (Na.Su.) or equivalent post (Non-Technical) has been published for the first paper written examination (Notice No. 350/2080-81, Date: 2080/11/13).
This notice is published for the information of all concerned as the first stage written examination will be conducted at the following dates, times and examination buildings for the candidates whose applications have been accepted at the examination center for the vacancies published by Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office (Advertisement No. 11901-11906/2080-81) (Open and Inclusive), under the Joint and Integrated Examination System of Justice, Foreign Affairs, Administration and Audit Services, Gazetted First Class (Non-Technical), Nayeb Subba or equivalent posts.
In addition, the candidates who require an assistant writer must submit an application to this office within 10 (ten) days before the date of commencement of the examination in accordance with rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, attaching documents with the reasons and evidence for requesting an assistant writer.
The rules to be obeyed by the candidates are listed below:
- The examination will not be postponed as per the scheduled program without prior notice of the Commission.
- Only pen with black ink (dot pen) should be used in the OMR answer sheet.
- It is prohibited to carry bags, mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices in the examination hall and calculators cannot be used in the examination.
- As no candidate will be admitted to the examination without the admit card, conduct the examination with the admit card compulsorily. Must arrive at the exam hall at least 1 hour before the exam.
- Except for the candidates whose applications have been approved by keeping the examination center in Kathmandu and who have changed the examination center and remained in Kathmandu, Candidates from other examination centers will not be included in the examination.
- Compulsorily take your citizenship or a photo ID card issued by the government of Nepal along with the admit card for the exam.
- Due to communicable diseases, candidates will have to arrange masks, sanitizers and drinking water for their own purposes.
