The vehicle tax rates are normally changed every year. And these tax rates are effective anytime for that respective fiscal year. So if you have to pay more than 1 year of vehilce taxes, then you must know the vehicle tax rates for that particular fiscal years.

Along with this, as after Nepal has declared federal democratic country, now each seven province of Nepal has different vehicle tax rates. So onwards federal democratic, we have to check the vehilce tax rates for our vehicle regisered province for its tax rates.

Motorcycle Tax Rates Chart - Fiscal Year 60/61 to 79/80

Here we have 3 charts of vehicle tax tables, on first we have tax rates upto 077/078 fiscal year for all types of vehicles and services like private or public. After then there is second vehicle tax table for last 2 fiscal years, 78/79 and 79/80, as there is some changes on power (cc) and other, thus it have to be seperated from previous vehilce tax table.

Along with, as for public vehicles, they have to pay vehicle tax as well as income tax, that's why there is 3rd table for income tax rates for public vehicles.
